Guy,

On the Configuration screen, please change the log level from Errors Only to All Information and Debug. That will give us more information about what is happening with the backup.

Also, in the Overrides section of the Configuration, you should not have any entries in the database section. Under normal circumstances, Akeeba gets the database connection information from configuration.php.

It looks like your database permissions are missing the SHOW TABLE permission. Please double check your database permissions on your database user. The SHOW TABLE permission is not always visible with all hosts. Having everything checked does not always solve the problem, please check for that specific permission.

Hi Dale,
Hi,
I do not know what I can do for the user access to the database is correct and the password, the site works well, I do not know what to do with SHOW TABLE, it is with phpmyadmin we change the permissions tables ?, but normally they must be as correct by default?
Looking in the settings if there is an error, can you tell me the difference between MySQL and MySQLi driver
tahanks

After verification of all parameters I found the mistake there was a spelling mistake in the name of the user base instead of ufole376_user ufolep376_user
