Back in Ticket #23131 i near the bottom i was told how to make sure a proper list was being shown in the backup archive comments. However this doesn't seem to work as it should
Reproduction:
1) Click "backup now"
2) field backup-comment
3) enter
4) create backup
5) Click "manage backup archives"
6) view comment
7) comment listed:
The list is only properly being shown if after step 7 i toggle the editor, then enter the list information again.
