Description of my issue:
Subject: The files jpa disappeared from the ftp and impossible to get back into the administration, even if login and password never changed.

Content:

Dear Sir

Recently I have built a website and I use Akeeba Professional each day I am working on it , not to loose my work .

Unfortunately I cant get anymore in the administration even if I have the login and password.

To try to see in local if I could get into the administration, I have searched in the ftp the files .jpa so that i have something to download.

But they also disappeared.
I even didn t find any Akeeba backup log file via ftp

What should I do ?

Best Regards

Alain

Alain,

The default location for the backup files and logs is /administrator/components/com_akeeba/backup. You can change that location in the backup profile configuration. If the location was changed, I can not guess where it might be.
