EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
After Update from Joomla 3.5.1 to 3.6.0 I can`t make an backup. There is enough space available (114 GB). Permission administrator/components/com_akeeba/backup = 777
A different installation on the same server is fine.

Hello Gunter,

the available disk space may be more than your account's quota. Moreover, you could have hit the inode limit (number of files/folders).
Can you please get in touch with your host and ask him if everything is fine?

The Hoster cant help me, he don`t know Akeeba. There are no Limits.
I make the backup without the folder "images" ("Files and Directories Exclusion") and than works Akeeba Backup fine. The Backup-file is now 37 MB, with image over 67 MB.

I can see you did not set a part size.
Sometimes hosts forbid the creation of large files. Inside Akeeba Backup configuration, in the Archiver engine settings, please set a Part size of 30Mb and try again.
Does it work now?

Hallo Davide,
now I have found the place in the configuration and the value set to 30MB. Now I have three backup files. It worked!
Thanks to the support of Akeeba!
