I can send you developer account details, Can you assist me to fix this?

Thanks

Are you using an .htaccess file generated with .htaccess Maker? If so, try using the standard Joomla! file (usually in the root of your site named htaccess.txt).

There are some standard post restore troubleshooting tips here: https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/troubleshooter/post-restoration.html

Hello, How i know its generated from .htaccess maker ?

My Primary site is down due to Memory issues in godaddy and I am not able to do backup on that. so I need to restore recent backup.

Pleasse help me to find is it generated with .htaccess maker

dlb
If you look at the .htaccess file, the third line will say "automatically generated by Admin Tools".

What are you getting on the front end? Is there an error?

Hello, Its not generated by Autmatic, Its joomla default htaccess. How i will restore now ? I am stuck in my site

user91030
I saw Site Transfer in Akeeba Backup Professional, When I am trying to use that option, It gives FTP only, but in Digitalocean droplet I dont have FTP option there, I have SFTP. How we can transfer site ?

dlb
I do not think restoring your site again will help. This is a post restore issue. Something about the site does not work on the new server. We need to identify what that something is.

What does "not working on frontend" mean? What do you see? Are you getting an error message?

That User ID and password is triggered by the .htaccess and .htpasswd files in the /administrator folder. You can safely delete those files to bypass it. That function is sensitive to the Apache version, so it does not travel between servers very well. If you want to reestablish it, you can do that from the Admin Tools main screen.
