Dear Support,

I am trying to get scheduled backups to run, have setup the Cron Job but keep getting the message "You don't have permission to access /cli/akeeba-backup.php on this server.". I am not sure, do I need to add the CPanel User and Password or is it something else. Unfortunately the hosting provider is not using CPanel, their equivalent is called KAS.

Regards
Erich

Erich,

I think it is Admin Tools' fault. You are using the enhanced .htaccess file from .htaccess Maker. Go into the options screen, add
/cli/akeeba-backup.php
to the "Allow direct access to these files" field. Then re-generate your .htaccess file and try your backup again.
