Nicholas,
Hello, I'm trying to setup one of my sites for offsite backups to go to Google Drive. I read the documentation, but in the First Time use it says click this button, but there is no button on the page. Can you direct me to where that button would take me?

It's this page: https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/akeeba-backup-documentation/data-processing-engines.html#proc-googledrive

Where it says:
Authentication – Step 1
If this is the FIRST site you connect to Akeeba Backup click on this button and follow the instructions.

Thanks,
Robbie

Robbie,

After you select Google Drive for the post processing target, click the Configure button to the right. That will open up the properties to set up the link to Google Drive, including the Step 1 button you're looking for.

If that's where you're looking and it isn't there, then we probably have a bad install. Download the latest version of Akeeba Backup Pro and install it twice, back to back, without doing anything else in between. Do not uninstall, that will cause you to lose all your settings and possibly your locally stored backup archives. This "install twice" trick usually works around a bug in the Joomla! installer where it fails to copy all of the files during an installation or upgrade.
