EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
Akeeba backup must be consistently reinstalled after two (2) backups are run on one of our sites (lindagendallart.com). What is fix, please?

Thank you.

Your host is guilty. When you do the fresh install, everything works. Then your host runs a virus scan, or something similar, and is silently deleting or renaming files on your site, causing the backup to fail. You reinstall and it all starts again.

You need to get with your host and find out what file or files they are deleting and tell them to whitelist them in the scanner. And then read them the riot act for deleting files from your site without informing you.
