Cannot save factory state in db storage, storage key cli.id128

Help please?

The ALICE output really doesn't help me. ALICE thinks not being able to save the state is the problem, that is the result of the problem. I need the full backup log to be able to see what is going on. Please zip and post the entire log.

Here you go, thanks.

It is still not coming though.n Let's try a guess. Please go to Configuration and make sure "Use database storage for temporary data" is unchecked.

If that doesn't solve it, please just throw the log on a file service and I'll pull it from there.

I made that change. I'll let you know in a few days whether the cron job worked properly.
