Hi All

I've just bought a professional version of Akeebabackup. I've installed it over the latest version of the code model. I've rerun the wizard and re-saved the configuration files.

The problem I have is when I start the backup I get the following error:

AJAX Loading Error
HTTP Status: 503 (Service Unavailable)
Internal status: error
XHR ReadyState: 4
Raw server response:

Network Error (tcp_error)

A communication error occurred: ""
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.

For assistance, contact your network support team.

The rest of the site is working fine and up to the upgrade there was not problems.

I know I'm prob missing something but any help would be great.

Thanks

Paul

Hello Paul,

Please try reinstalling Akeeba Backup Professional twice, in order to work around some intermittent issues with Joomla! extensions installer not copying files. If that doesn't solve your issue, please ZIP and attach your backup log file so that I can further help you.

Hi

I've done as you ask but I am still having problems. I've added the log file as per request.

Sorry. Looks like I've missed the tail:

Please try following the seven basic troubleshooting steps. If this doesn't work for you, please indicate which of them you have currently checked/implemented and attach your new log file. Please DO NOT copy and paste from the View Log page. Instead, click on the "Download log file" link on the top of that page. Take the downloaded file and put it in a ZIP, not a RAR, archive please. I have often issues with opening RAR archives as I am not on a Windows PC and can not use WinRAR. Thanks!
