Hi Nicholas,

GREAT product. I've purchased the full Pro version and am running the latest release v3.3.13.

I have a problem when I choose to post process to my dropbox account - ie. I get the errors:

AJAX Loading Error
HTTP Status: 500 (Internal Server Error)
Internal status: error
XHR ReadyState: 4
Raw server response:

500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

BUT - when I turn off the post processing to Dropbox (and I've checked the dropbox login details several times), the backup does complete successfully, so it appears to be the post processing that's the problem.

I've attached the log file when it fails, please help?
Many thanks.

It seems that the server timed out when trying to upload the file to DropBox. Let's try to fix that.

Please go to Akeeba Backup's Configuration page and find the Data Processing Engine drop down. Click the Configure button next to it. A new pane opens below. Make sure that the Process each part immediately option is not checked. If it is, please uncheck it.

If this still doesn't help, your part size may be too big for the upload to occur without a timeout error. We'll have to do some trial and error. Please go to Akeeba Backup's Configuration page, find the Archiver Engine drop-down and click on the Configure button next to it. A new pane opens below. Find the Part size for split archives option and select the 49.99 option. Try a new backup. If it crashes while uploading files to DropBox, go back to this option and try smaller values, i.e. 20, 10, 5, 2 or even 1, trying a new backup after setting each one of those values.

Thanks Nicholas, all now working well. The 'process each part immediately' was OFF, but I think it was just down to the size of the archive splits, it seems that a 3mb amount works OK, whereas 4m or higher doesn't - but I don't mind 3m - it's a backup at the end of the day!

Thanks again,
Keep up the good work.
