Hello,

I suspect your host is killing the process since it's using too many resources.
Please get inside Akeeba Backup configuration page and set the following values:
Minimum execution time 5 seconds
Maximum execution time 1 second
Runtime bias 50%

Yes, minimum is greater than maximum, that's not a typo. In this way the backup process will be slower but it should complete. Let me know if that works for you.

It seems that your host doesn't allow the creation of large files.
Please set a part size of 10Mb and try again. You can find such option inside Akeeba Backup configuration page, under Archiver engine settings.
