Hello,

I Restored Akeeba Backup, I am trying to install New version of Falang Extention, but I am getting error " Warning Copy file failed"

I tried to check the falang existing folder and saw there is 2 Folders which has no Owner, And Folder Permission is 755 but no Owner, and some folders showing "33" owner, How we can fix this ? Check screenshot.

I tried to fix permission using Akeeba Admin Tool Professionals but its not fixed

Hello,

this means that there's a permission issue on your server, you have to contact your hosting and ask him for help.
In the meantime, you can try to enable Joomla FTP layer inside the Global Configuration, sometimes it works around this kind of issues.

Again, you should get in touch with your host, since that issue is not caused by any Akeeba software, but there's something in your host configuration.
