Please look at the bottom of this page (under Support Policy Summary) for our support policy summary, containing important information regarding our working hours and our support policy. Thank you!

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

I just did an update of both akeeba backup pro and admin tools one of them caused me to get totally locked out of the administrator and also made the site not come up. On the administrator menu I am getting this error
An error has occurred.

0 Class 'FOF30\Date\Date' not found

Return to Control Panel

and on the main website all you see now is
0
Error: 0

Class 'FOF30\Date\Date' not found

What do I need to do to fix this?

dlb
This is a bad installation of one of your components. It isn't too hard to fix. I think it is the FOF library that is causing the problem.
  • Download a copy of one of our components, e.g. Akeeba Backup.
  • Extract it.
  • Find the lib_fof30.zip file.
  • Extract it.
  • Rename the extracted folder fof to fof30.
  • Upload the fof30 folder into your site's libraries folder so now you have a libraries/fof30 folder.
