Please look at the bottom of this page (under Support Policy Summary) for our support policy summary, containing important information regarding our working hours and our support policy. Thank you!

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

Hi, I send you the log file.
I checked the server side, is everything OK
Don't know if it is any error of mine, an update error/bug, or a conflict.
excepting a few css changes and a new template, I made no other important changes who could justify this unexpected issue.

Thank you a lot for your inquiry and response

p.s. file Akeeba Backup Debug Log.txt was OVER 10 MB!! I have to zip it to send it.

Hello,

I suspect your host is blocking the creation of files larger than a certain size.
Please set up a part size of 10Mb and try again. You can find such option inside the Configuration Page, Archiver Engine section.
