i GET ERROR ON backup and do not quite know what the issue is. The log file downloaded is too large. How cab i submit to you?

dlb
If the log file is too large even zipped, you can throw it on a cloud service, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc. and just post the link. We'll go get it.

Your archive file is too large. Your host imposes a limit on the size of a file you can create. Please go into Configuration, on the Archiver Engine line click Configure and reduce the Part size for split archives value. Just drop it down one size, it is almost good as it is. Akeeba is using 1024 bytes per K, your host uses 1000. That difference is causing the error.

Thank you Dale, it was set at 2MB, reduced to 1MB and worked for me.
