I'm sorry, your backup log didn't come through. You will most likely need to zip it in order to get it under the posting restrictions. If you still can't get it to post, just throw it up on a file service like Google Drive, Dropbox, etc. and post the link here. We'll go get it.

Thanks Dale. Not sure if this will work or not, but try this link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/yz13voutt6b0im4/38BG%20Akeeba%20Backup%20Debug%20Log.txt.zip?dl=0

Both the text and zipped files are there.

Tom,

Good news! Getting me the log was a lot harder than fixing the problem. Your host imposes a maximum file size of 2 Gb that your website can create. When your backup archive hits 2 Gb, the backup job is terminated.

Go to Configuration, on the Archiver Engine line click Configure then set the Part size for split archives to Custom, with a value of 1999 Mb. That way it will never hit 2 Gb. You will now have multiple parts to your backup archive. All of the parts are required to restore your site.
