Description of my issue:
Akeeba backup pro fails due to ajax loading error and configuration wizard fails too.
Analyse log not completed more than 8 hours.

Please provide me how to fix the problem.

Akeeba Backup could not save the maximum execution time preferences. You will have to configure it manually.

Hello,

seems that your host is killing the process.
First of all, set a part size of 10Mb for your archives. You can find such option in the Configuration page, Archvier Engine section.
Then apply the following settings:
Minimum execution time: 5 seconds
Maximum execution time: 3 seconds
Runtime bias: 50%

Yes, minimum is greater than maximum, that's not a typo. In this way the backup will be slower, but it should complete.
