Description of my issue:

Hello,

Why does kickstart.php always download as a txt file from Dropbox - https://www.dropbox.com/s/r3q7vs7h6yktqt0/Screenshot%202017-12-12%2011.21.46.png?dl=0

Thanks

Hello,

that's because PHP files are textual files. Please note that such file description is created by your operating system: since you don't have a specific application for files with PHP extension, Windows treat them as simple text files.
Anyway, you don't have to worry about it, it's just a cosmetic issue: as soon as you put Kickstart into a webserver folder (on a remote server or in your local computer) it will be executed as usual and you'll be able to start the restoration process.
