Hello,
I am facing a strange problem for three days now. Before it was working fine.
I am using the Professional version.

I am using Webcron to lunch akeeba backup every day.
The backup is correctly done. The file is correctly generated. Webcron generates a code 200.
But I do not receive the notification on my email address. Everything is correctly setup in the front-end backup. It is like before the problem.

Would you please help me to solve the problem?

Regards

Can you please post a log file? I want to see if the email finalization substep is being called.

I can also tell you what I have in mind regarding further steps. If you are a power user you may be able to take a look before responding to me. If not, no worries, I will expand on them in my next reply after I see your log file.

If the email finalization substep is called (and we see the evidence in the log file) then we need to look at your settings in the component's Options page. If these are correct we need to see if your site can send out emails. If it can, we will need to check if the email ends up in your spam. If there is nothing like that in the spam we need to talk to the host handling the email sending about why they are blocking the sending of that email.

Hello Nicholas,

now everything is working correctly.
The problem was the smtp server which has changed.
I checked the log file and I found the problem.

Thanks for all
All my best
Regards
