EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.
Description of my issue:
i am unable to append time stamp or any other file name modifier to database only backups that are uploaded to remote ftp. so each backup overwrites the last one, please advise how I may solve this issue so that i can retain multiple chronological database backups.
Akeeba Backup allows you to create dynamic archive names, using tokens that will be replaced with actual values during the backup process.
Please take a look at this page of the documentation, under the section Backup archive name.
That will solve your issue.
