Description of my issue:

Folowing warning messgae after installation 6.0.0 b1:
JInstaller: :Installeren: Files does not exist /......../tmp/install_5a6b7b8bdcaac/install_5a6b7b8f11f72/media/fonts

Akeebabackup works and no further issues at this moment.

There was indeed an harmless bug in the manifest file, causing the message you just saw.
I just fixed it, thanks again!
