Hello
On several sites, when I try to download my backups on Googledrive, to restoore them, I get this message :
Sorry, the currently selected engine does not support downloading remotely stored files to your PC or you have already deleted the files from the remote server

The log file is almost empty :
WARNING: Do not copy and paste lines from this file!
You are supposed to ZIP and attach it in your support forum post.
If you fail to do so, we will be unable to provide efficient support.

Did I forget something ?

Last minute :
When I clicked "Fletch back to server", nothing seemed to happen, but finally it works.
So, problem solved, I think.

You figured it out! You can't restore directly from Google Drive, you have to fetch the backup archive back to your server first, then you can do the restore step.

The problem with the log file is the setting in Configuration. You have it set to "Errors Only". That produces a very small log file, but it really isn't useful for diagnosing any errors. For that we need "All Information and Debug".

OK. The problem was that nothing shows that the file is downloading (in % would be perfect), and the message seems to say that the backup file is unusable :
"Sorry, the currently selected engine does not support downloading remotely stored files to your PC or you have already deleted the files from the remote server"

Thanks. Ticket closed.
