In ticket #30022 we mentioned PHP Notices in our cron e-mails like these:

PHP Notice: Undefined index: REMOTE_ADDR in /home/********/domains/**********/public_html/libraries/fof30/Utils/Ip.php on line 383

Regarding the PHP warning, there was indeed a bug in FOF library, we just fixed it.

At the moment we can't release a new version, I guess you'll have to wait until September, when we will release a new version of everything.

Has this been fixed? I believe we have updates Admin Tools and Akeeba since this issue was mentioned. But I still see this error in he CLI cron e-mail.

Kind regards,
Jip

Hello,

thanks again for the report.
There was another place where the check was missing, we just fixed that, too.

Hi Daivide! Do you have an ETA for the next release where this issue will be solved?

Thanks...

Hi Davide, I don't want to be impatient... But do you know when there will be a new release of Akeeba that will fix this issue? Thanks!

We only make new releases when we have an adequate number of new features and / or important bug fixes to publish. Otherwise we'd be releasing a new version every 3-4 days which is a major pain in the rear if you are managing dozens or hundreds of sites.

At this point in time we do not have any significant bug fixes which would warrant issuing a release. Furthermore, we are in the middle of developing some inter-related features. Instead of publishing a release that's half-baked we prefer to take some more time and make sure that what we publish makes sense as a whole.

OK, thanks for your feedback on this. I'll try to be a bit more patient ;-) Keep up the good work!
