The issue is this: When trying to run a backup from Watchful.li I get an error message as below:
1. Initialisation
2. API Version Check: OK
3. Backup for site 41666 / <site-name> started
4. 0%
5. ERROR: Cannot step backup for site 41666 / <site-name>

Known parameters:
1. Akeeba works fine with the same profile when run from Joomla
2. My other sites connected with Watchful.li are backing up without issues
3. I just updated the secret word and it did not make a difference, although Watchful does connect to Akeeba and it shows me the profiles available to use for the backup.

Any other things that I can check?

Thanks,
James

Hello,

if you can retrieve the list of backup profiles, it means that the connection is working fine.
Can you please attach the log of the failed backup?
