The problem you are experiencing is caused by Joomla's caching of update information. Please do the following:

    * Login to your site's administrator backend
    * Go to Extensions, Manage, Update from the top menu
    * Click on Clear Cache in the toolbar
    * When the page reloads the list should be empty. If not:
        - Click on System, Clear Cache from the top menu
        - Change the first dropdown from Site to Administrator
        - Click Delete All in the toolbar
        - Go to Extensions, Manage, Update from the top menu
        - Click on Clear Cache in the toolbar again
    * Click on Find Updates in the toolbar

You should now be able to run the update.
