Description of my issue:

After updating my test website to Joomla 3.9.0 and Akeeba 6.3.0, my website is very slow even in the administrator. And so I can't make backups (local and by frontend with watchfuli) = I've got an error please see the pdf enclosed

Hello,

the error 6 MySQL server has gone away means that the database dropped the connection.
You have to ask your hosting provider to take a look at it, since we (you and us) can't do anything about it.
By the way, is you hosting provider OVH?

Yes my hosting provider is OVH but I have a "pro" web hosting.

Get in touch with your host and ask them to review your database server status.
We're experiencing several customers having issues with the database, it seems that OVH is currently under heavy load and from time to time they have to reboot their servers/services.
