I get this information when I try to update AkeebaBackup via my Joomla update. I also get a similar error when I try to update AdminTools.

One more thing which is unrelated. Your EU prompt never goes away, even after clicking "I agree". I have to click a link at the bottom just to get back to the normal page.

I think the problem is that 3.9.0 broke certain aspects of the update system. They fixed it in 3.9.1. Please update Akeeba Backup after you install Joomla! 3.9.1.
