Description of my issue:

Trying to update Backup (same for Admin Tools), I get this message:

Warning

Joomla\Filesystem\File::delete: Failed deleting inaccessible file mysql.xml

Package Update: There was an error installing an extension: com_akeeba-pro.zip

Same thing whether trying to update directly or trying to install package file. Searching for the filename, I find 11 of them in various directories. Which file would this be about, and why would it not be accessible? Of course I have not changed anything regarding accessibility for a long time and many updates since then ...

Thank you!

Please manually delete the folder administrator/components/com_akeeba/sql then retry your update. That should allow you to complete it.
