Please look at the bottom of this page (under Support Policy Summary) for our support policy summary, containing important information regarding our working hours and our support policy. Thank you!

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
I have exported the information from the logger below:

------ BEGIN OF ALICE RAW OUTPUT -----
Post-processing engine and archive part size
A post-processing engine is found, but no part size is set; this could lead to timeout issues

Large files issues
The following files are too big and can cause backup issues:
File: robots.zip 256.28 Mb

------ END OF ALICE RAW OUTPUT -----

Hello,

can you please attach the log of the failed backup?
If it's too large please ZIP it and upload it somewhere (ie Dropbox) and paste here the link to it.

Hello!
I deleted the zip file in question and it completed a backup. However, the backup seemed to take a long time. Could DocMan be the reason?

Large files (more than 100Mb) will cause a performance hit, since Akeeba Backup will have to split them all in several pieces across all the backup archives. Moreover, most of the time big files are
a. Useless (manual backups or log data that you don't want to backup)
b. Not important (large files, like videos or PDF documents, rarely change. So it's way easier to manually backup them once and then exclude from backups)

Akeeba Backup has no issues with DocMan, but I'd really need your backup log since it contains useful information for speeding up your backup process and review what's going on.

The log you attached is about a successful backup. Did you get any error while running it?
