EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
On 2 sites where I installed akeeba back up , when I needed to restore the last jpa, the button doesn t work.

<Another problem : I cant find anymore akeeba extract wizard for mac so that I cant even restore manually my last jpa.

If the button isn't working try clearing your browser's cache. Sometimes the browser has an old version of the JavaScript cached and it can cause problems. In any other case it is probably a third party plugin which adds JavaScript to the page that does not work. If the JavaScript execution fails at any point then all the JavaScript on the page, even from other extensions such as Akeeba Backup, will stop working.

Luckily, you do not need the integrated restoration or even eXtract Wizard to restore your site. All you need is the backup archive itself and Kickstart. Please watch this video.
