Hello,

For your information, the last error message was:

Please zip and post the entire backup log. The snippet that you posted doesn't help. Thank you.

My apologies, I missed the log. We recently had an upgrade to our Akeeba Ticket System and I'm not quite used to it yet.

The log does't give any additional information, it just stops when the 500 error is thrown.

Please go to Configuration for this profile and Archiver Engine and change the part size from 2000 to 200. That is a ridiculously small part size and will result in many parts to your backup. If the backup works, we can adjust it further to find the maximum size.

Hello Franck,

I think your server lies about the maximum execution time it supports. It kills PHP as soon as the execution time reaches 20 seconds. Please go to the Configuration page and set the Maximum Execution time to 14 seconds.

Please set the Maximum Execution time to 7 seconds.

If that doesn't work try: minimum execution time 7 seconds, maximum execution time 4 seconds, runtime bias 50%. This will slow down the backup long enough for the server to reclaim resources and not have to kill your backup process.
