Please look at the bottom of this page (under Support Policy Summary) for our support policy summary, containing important information regarding our working hours and our support policy. Thank you!

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
First, I don't see any log files -- I may need info on where to find them.

I'm restoring from a test site to a live site (new website). getting this error:
Fatal error: Class 'FOF30\Container\Container' not found in /home/thorst/public_html/plugins/quickicon/akeebabackup/akeebabackup.php on line 189

I found instructions on ticket #26444 that sound like my issue. When I rename the folder, i get a new error and still can't get into the back end:

Fatal error: Can't use function return value in write context in /home/thorst/public_html/libraries/regularlabs/src/File.php on line 283

I also saw it suggested to do something with Admin tools -- I don't have that installed.

The frontend is working. The site is thorstlandscapearch.com.

Thank you for your help.

Anne

It occurred to me that I didn't upgrade PHP on the new site. That fixed it! Closing...
