I see the error message below when I load a component (not one of yours).
However, it references the file called dispatch.php in the library folder F0F (F zero F).

I seem to have three library folders
/libraries/f0f
/libraries/fof
/libraries/fof30

... and these three extensions:

file_fof30
Site File 3.5.1 2019-12-16 Nicholas K. Dionysopoulos / Akeeba Ltd N/A 10110

FOF
Site Library 2.4.3 2015-04-22 13:15:32 Nicholas K. Dionysopoulos / Akeeba Ltd N/A 105

FOF30
Site Library 3.3.9 2018-12-07 Nicholas K. Dionysopoulos / Akeeba Ltd N/A 10107

I am running Joomla! 3.9.14, Akeeba Backup Professional 7.0.0.b3 (2019-12-17) and PHP 7.3.13 having changed from 7.2.26 recently. The errors disappear if I revert to PHP 7.2.26, but I believe that version is out of active support and migration to 7.3 is becoming a necessity.

Is there anything wrong with my installation of Joomla!@ or Akeeba Backup or is the f0f library out of date?

Many thanks

Nick

No, nothing is wrong. I have explained this here.

As for the f0f (f-ZERO-f) folder, I can only tell you that our software has not been using it since 2015. However, I can't know if you have any third party software installed which might still be using it. Try renaming it and see if your site breaks. If it doesn't, rename it back to f0f and uninstall the F0F (F-ZERO-F) library extension from your site. The page I linked you to explains why we had to do the f0f fork of our own library.
