1. where to set up autodelete old backups logs?
2. Is it possible backup log files also transfer to the backup destination (Google disc) with the backup file?
Thank you

In Configuration, there is an "Obsolete backups" setting. This controls the number of backups shown in the Manage Backups screen after the backup archive itself is no longer available (usually deleted based on quota settings). When the backup record is deleted from the Manage Backups screen, the log file is also deleted.

No, the log file can not be transferred to remote storage.

You don't need a backup log, except when there is a problem. You can set the Log level to "None"' and your backup will work just fine. But when you have a problem, you will have to reset the Log level to "All information and debug" and take another backup before we can give you any help. So you can save a lot of disk space but the trade off is that you will slow down your support (a little bit).
