Hello

I tryed to restore me website with kickstart. After the first step the extracting not working and the extraction not starts. I have wait 10 minutes. See attached file.

Whant can be the problem?

If you have a .htaccess file on your site please try removing it first. Clear your browser's cache as well. If this doesn't help please let me know so I can make the ticket private and ask for more information necessary for me to provide assistance on what would most likely be either a browser extension or a server configuration issue.

Thanks for your help. I took an other backup and everything is working now.
