Sandra,

This isn't a post processing problem, the backup did not finish. There was a write error on the backup archive. That usually means you are either out of disk space, or the archive file has exceeded your host's file size limit. You have the part size set to zero, so there is no size limit on the archive file. That's bad for several reasons. In PHP, 2 GB is a magic number and archives larger than that can be unreliable, it depends on the server. The default part size is 2 GB, How large was your last successful backup?

Hi,

It was about 600MB.

Can you tell what I should check, or what I need to change for mu host?

Please advise,
Sandra

Please go to Akeeba Backup, Configuration, on the Archiver Engine line, click the Configure button. Now set the Part size for split archive to 500 and save. Then retry your backup. If it still fails, please zip and post the latest log file.
