Hi,

We setup back-up to run every nigh at 2 am to Amazon s3.
Cron jobs:
Command: /hsphere/shared/php5/bin/php -q /hsphere/local/home/WEBSITE/WEBSITE.com/wp-content/plugins/akeebabackupwp/app/cli/backup.php
Time: 0 (Minute) 2 (hours) * (Day of Month) *(Month) * (Day of the week)

Back-up size 38.23 MB

We setup post-engine configurations as amazon s3.

But Back-ups are not running.
We thought cron jobs are not executing, But asked host and they provided, that cron jobs are running:

Jun 6 01:00:01 web28 CROND799520: (corvettemats) CMD (/hsphere/shared/php5/bin/php -q /hsphere/local/home/WEBSITE/WEBSITE.com/wp-content/plugins/akeebabackupwp/app/cli/backup.php)

Jun 6 01:00:01 web28 CROND799503: (corvettemats) MAIL (mailed 251 bytes of output but got status 0×0001#012)

Jun 7 01:00:01 web28 CROND111004: (corvettemats) CMD (/hsphere/shared/php5/bin/php -q /hsphere/local/home/WEBSITE/WEBSITE.com/wp-content/plugins/akeebabackupwp/app/cli/backup.php)

Jun 7 01:00:01 web28 CROND110949: (corvettemats) MAIL (mailed 251 bytes of output but got status 0×0001#012)

Jun 8 01:00:01 web28 CROND121167: (corvettemats) CMD (/hsphere/shared/php5/bin/php -q /hsphere/local/home/WEBSITE/WEBSITE.com/wp-content/plugins/akeebabackupwp/app/cli/backup.php)

I am able to run back-up manually and they are storing to amazon s3.

Can you tell what issue can it be?

Please advise,
Sandra

Thanks, SOHO Prospecting Team

Sandra,

Is there any record of the backup in the Manage Backups screen?

If there is, I need the log file associated with the failed backup.

If there is not, please double check that you are calling PHP-CLI on your command line. Your host should be able to confirm that. Next, double check your command syntax with what is shown in Schedule Backups.

Don't you just hate it when you take your badly running car to the mechanic and it purrs like a kitten? :-D

If it starts misbehaving again, just let us know.
