Dear Support,

I am using the option website transfer to new host. The transfer went oke until cleanup and then website is not working.

And get wordpress setup for new install.

Patick,

The cleanup step does several things. They can all be done manually to complete your restore.
  • Delete the /installation folder. This contains the restore script and database backup.
  • Delete the backup archive (jpa, jps or zip file)
  • Delete kickstart.php

Depending on your site it may also rename htaccess.bak to .htccess. The .htaccess file can interfere with the restore process so Kickstart rename it when .htaccess is extracted from the archive. Your site may or may not have an .htaccess file.
