Hello,

Can you please attach the log file of the failed backup?
Can you please double check that you didn't set an additional database in the Multiple Database definition page?

By the way, I just saw that you got such error while restoring a backup (my bad, I thought it happened while taking a new backup).
In this case, the solution is even simpler: most likely you have not entered the correct database connection information, you have not created a database, you have not created a database user or you have not given the correct privileges to the database user for the database.
