Good morning,
Is it possible to see on your website logged on which sites I have activated the Akeeba license?
And also to deactivate the license?

When that is not possible, is it possible to deactivate the license on a website without logging in to the dashboard?

Thanks!

Hello,

we do not keep track of the sites where Akeeba Backup is installed, what you're looking for is the Additional Download ID feature inside our site.
Instead of using your main download ID for every customer, you can create an additional Download ID just for that customer. Then if something goes wrong, you can simply remove such Download ID from our site.

Please note that this will only block the user from updating Akeeba Backup, our software will continue to work, even if obsolete.

Thanks Davide for the info, nice you have the Additional Download ID feature.
For the future it would be great that I could see where I installed the software.
But anyway, again thanks for the swift reply.

I will close the ticket.
