We have Akeeba Core installed on our WordPress website and have recently purchased Akeeba pro. We have problems installing this. We have downloaded the zip file and have been following the support documentation to install this by uploading the zip file as a new plug in without touching the existing core product, but as we try to install this the following report is produced

Installing Plugin from uploaded file: akeebabackupwp-3.3.0-pro.zip

Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

Destination folder already exists. W:/WEBSITES/GBMotorhomes - Copy/wp-content/plugins/akeebabackupwp/

Plugin installation failed.

You can use the manual installation instructions here: https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/akeeba-solo/installing-wordpress.html. That should beat it into submission.
