I just wanted to check if Akeeba Solo had SiteDiff support - also whether there were any other significant gotchas in terms of lost functionality compared to the joomla specific version. I assume it has its own admin access for configuring / creating / downloading / restoring backups?

SiteDiff supports all JPA, JPS and ZIP backup archives created by Akeeba Backup for Joomla!, Akeeba Backup for WordPress and Akeeba Solo. The backup engine is common in all of our backup software (of course), allowing all our archive-related tools to be interoperable with all our backup software.

Akeeba Solo has its own interface for configuring / creating / downloading / restoring backups. That's why we specify it as "standalone". It doesn't rely on a CMS installed on your server to work. It's a completely self-contained solution.
