Hi

I run the Akeeba backup (Akeeba Backup Core 4.2.0 (2015-04-01)) for joomla 3.4.1.

When I go into the akeeba backup section and click "backup now" for a 1/10th of a second a yellow error message pop ups and disappears immediately. The backup after is running fine and all looks good.

However this is only since the latest version before this did not happen.

Do I have to apply changes or what does this mean?

Best regards
Tony

Hello Tony,

this is how this feature works. The yellow warning box is rendered on the page as a regular div, when the Javascript on the page loads we set its 'display' attribute to 'none'.
Between the browser rendering the DOM and the browser loading Javascript the yellow box appears; usually you don't see that because Javascript has finished loading before the browser renders the page.
If the server is a tad slow there might be a delay up to 500 msec between initial page rendering and the JS loading.
So nothing to worry about.
