I have installed Akeeba Solo for backup of a site based on CouchCMS.

Everything looks and runs fine, but the backup only includes the database tables, and the Angie installation files and not the files of the site.

As you can see in the log it states:
Skipping subdirectories of directory /...
Skipping files of directory /...

When I check the exclusions noting is excluded and a click on "List all exclusions" gives a empty list.

In Solo there are three places the filter could be coming from. You already checked the first, the Files and Directories Exclusion. The next is RegEx Files and Directories Exclusion. If you have a "wildcard" exclusion that isn't quite right, it can exclude everything.

The last is an automatic exclusion, the Output folder. According to the log, that isn't it, but it bears double checking.

Where is your Solo program installed? If it is in the root of your site (as opposed to in its own folder), that could cause trouble too.
