The IT Manager has asked us to start recording how long we are spending on tickets. We’ve just done a test ticket and if Matt works on a ticket for 30 mins and I (Alex) jump in and work on it for 10 mins then close the ticket. It shows up in the report that Matt has done 40 mins worth of work (including my time spent). Could multiple engineers times spent on tickets be aggregated in a more accurate way. Also another nice to have would be a sort by engineer (assignee) on the view ticket screen.

Just a quick update to let you know that Davide is working on it. He'll reply in the next few days with more information about it.

Hello Alexander,

exactly where did you get that issue?
Running some tests I saw that there was a problem loading the Time Cards chart, however the logic you illustrated before was honored.
Can you please install the latest dev release and confirm that everything is ok or give me more details about the time spent math?
