 Support,

I have created a menu item allows the user to go to the Tech Support Ticket Category where they can see any of their current tickets and create a NEW Ticket.

I've attached the image of how a single category is displayed on my system. The display does not give the category name or description, but does put a very small box icon.

Is there any way to add the category Name and Description to a Single Category Menu Display?

Thanks
Dan

Hello Daniel,

no you can't display a category description while inside the single category view.
The logic behind that is that the user already chose the category they want to post, so there's no need for any extra info.
Anyway, if you really need to display some text, you could put a module in a custom position used by ATS. You can find the full list here, however I think the most useful for you would be the ats-tickets-top one.
