Think there is a small typo in file:
/components/com_ats/View/Tickets/tmpl/default_ticket.php

at line 141
<?php echo JText::sprintf('COM_ATS_TICKETS_MSG_CREATED', $createdBy, $createdOn) ?>

Result:
Created on nppsbh by Sunday, 01 November 2015 01:20 WET

think should be
<?php echo JText::sprintf('COM_ATS_TICKETS_MSG_CREATED', $createdOn, $createdBy) ?>

Result:

You are right. I had already fixed another two instances of the same typo in the current version. I missed that one. Thanks!

Glad to help. Found another small issue, in backend, when deleting a ticket in the sucess message there is untranslated tag 'COM_ATS_LBL_TICKET_DELETED'.

Allow me to leave a minor improvement suggestion. In tickets list view in frontend add a tooltip to ticket icons. This is a insignificant thing but it could be helpfull.
