When trying to open an existing ticket, gives the following fatal error:

Fatal error: Class 'F0FModel' not found in /var/www/vhosts/xxxxx.xx/httpdocs/xx/plugins/ats/akeebasubslegacy/akeebasubslegacy.php on line 164

this occurs in front and backend, but disabling Akeeba Ticket System - Akeeba Subscriptions 4 integration it works fine.

It makes sense if you do not have Akeeba Subscriptions 4 installed. There are two Akeeba Subscriptions integration plugins, one called "Akeeba Subscriptions 4" for Akeeba Subscriptions 4 (of course) and one called just "Akeeba Subscriptions" for Akeeba Subscriptions 5. If you are not using Akeeba Subscriptions at all disable both.

Ok I get it. I intend to use Akeeba subscriptions 5 so, I will keep Akeeba Subscriptions integration active. Thanks
