 Hi,

I want to send the user with a link to the create a ticket page with a category preselected.
He then fills it out and sends it.
How do I do that?

Hello,

yes, you can do that. You have to create a new menu item (of the Link type) with the following link:
index.php?option=com_ats&view=NewTicket&category=CATEGORY_ID

You'll have to replace the CATEGORY_ID with the ID of the category you want to create the ticket.
That should do the trick
